Welcome to Bread & Macaroon! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including online food orders and baking workshops. By using our website, placing an order, or booking a class, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

1.1 Interpretation

Words with capitalized initials have specific meanings as defined below. These meanings apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

1.2 Definitions

Affiliate: Any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest, or other securities entitled to vote.
Country: United Kingdom.
Company (referred to as "We", "Us", or "Our"): Bread & Macaroon Ltd, 3 Market Place, London, SE16 3UQ.
Device: Any device capable of accessing the Service, such as a computer, phone, or tablet.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services and set out the rights and obligations of all users. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Your access to the Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully before using our Service.

3. ONLINE FOOD ORDERS & DELIVERY

3.1 Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed via our website.
Payment must be made in full at checkout. We do not accept cash on delivery.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.

3.2 Delivery Policy

We currently deliver within London and specified zones as listed on our website.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
If no one is available to receive the order at the provided address, the delivery will be considered complete, and no refund will be issued.

3.3 Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements are only issued in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged (must be reported within 12 hours of delivery).
- The wrong item was received (must be reported within 12 hours).

3.4 Allergy & Dietary Disclaimer

We list allergens for each product on our website. However, all food is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and other allergens.
If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before placing an order to discuss your needs.

4. BAKING CLASSES

4.1 Booking & Confirmation

Workshop bookings can be made online through our website.
Bookings remain pending until we reach the required number of participants (4). Your place is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
If the minimum number of participants (4) is not met, we will contact you to reschedule or issue a full refund.

4.2 Cancellation & Refund Policy

If You Need to Cancel Your Booking:

14+ Days Before the Workshop: Full refund or option to reschedule (subject to availability).
7-13 Days Before the Workshop: 50% refund or option to reschedule (subject to availability).
Less Than 7 Days Before the Workshop: No refund, but you may transfer your spot to another person. Please notify us in advance.

If You Do Not Attend (No-Show Policy):

If you do not attend and fail to notify us in advance, the full fee will be charged.

If Bread & Macaroon Cancels a Workshop:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4.3 Health & Safety

If you have been unwell with food poisoning or a stomach illness in the last 48 hours, please do not attend. Contact us to discuss rescheduling.
All open wounds must be covered with a plaster.

4.4 Conduct & Hygiene Rules

Participants must follow all hygiene and safety instructions given by the chef.
We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave without a refund if their behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.

5. GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed online for baking classes or eligible food products.
If you cannot attend a booked class, you may transfer your gift voucher to another person by notifying us in advance.

6. LIABILITY

Bread & Macaroon is not responsible for:
- Loss or damage of personal belongings during workshops.
- Any injuries sustained while attending a workshop (unless due to our negligence).
- Delays or disruptions to delivery caused by factors outside our control.
All recipe booklets and course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.

7. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you have any concerns about our Service, we encourage you to first contact us at breadandmacaroon@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue amicably.

10. SEVERABILITY & WAIVER

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
