Workshop details
Duration: 3 hours Minimum Age: 15 years Participants: 4 to 8 Master the art of traditional French baguette and ciabatta bread in this immersive workshop. Perfect for baking enthusiasts of all levels, this hands-on class will guide you through the key techniques for creating these iconic breads with confidence and skill. The session begins with an introduction to the fundamentals of bread making, where your chef shares expert insights into the ingredients, fermentation processes, and shaping techniques that define these breads. You will learn the subtle differences between the crusty, golden baguette and the soft, airy ciabatta, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of both styles. During the hands-on portion, you will prepare and shape your own baguettes and ciabatta loaves, mastering techniques like kneading and scoring for a perfect bake. As the breads bake, the workshop will cover tips for replicating these results in your home kitchen. At the end of the session, you will leave with your freshly baked breads and the skills to recreate them, along with a deeper appreciation for artisanal bread making.

How Booking Works • When you book a class, your spot is reserved but will remain pending until we reach the required number of participants. • If the class reaches full capacity, your booking will be confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation email. • If the minimum number of participants (4) is not met, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund. Why We Require a Minimum Number of Participants Our workshops are designed to be interactive and engaging, and having a full class ensures that everyone gets the most out of the experience. This also allows us to maintain the quality of the workshop and create a lively, social baking environment. Cancellation Policy for Workshops If You Need to Cancel Your Booking: 1. 14+ Days Before the Workshop → Full refund or option to reschedule (subject to availability). 2. 7-13 Days Before the Workshop → 50% refund or option to reschedule (subject to availability). 3. Less Than 7 Days Before the Workshop → No refund, but you may transfer your spot to another person. Please notify us in advance if you wish to transfer your booking.
