A Foundation in Flavour The session begins with your chef providing an essential overview of the bread-making process. Kneading & Fermentation: Key techniques for developing strong gluten and deep, satisfying flavour. The Difference: Learning the subtle adjustments needed to achieve the airy, chewy structure of focaccia versus the sturdy, pliable base of pizza. Hands-On Italian Mastery This is where the fun begins! Your chef will demonstrate the step-by-step process of mixing, kneading, and shaping. You will immediately apply these techniques, working with your own dough mixture to gain real, tactile confidence: Focaccia Perfection: Learn how to dimple the dough and infuse it with olive oil and herbs for that signature, irresistible spongy texture. Workshop Minimum & Confirmation Our workshops are designed to be interactive and social, requiring a minimum of 4 confirmed attendees to run. This ensures a lively and high-quality learning environment. Stage Action Required Status Update Booking Your spot is reserved upon booking. Status is Pending. Confirmation Once the class reaches the 4-person minimum. You will receive an Email. Insufficient Numbers, If the minimum (4) is not met 72 hours prior to the class, we will contact you to Reschedule or offer a Full Refund. Cancellation Policy for Attendees If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible via email at breadandmacaroon@gmail.com or through our contact form. In this event, the full workshop fee will be forfeited.
